As we move into December and the busyness of the season begins to unfold, we can find ourselves caught up in all the doing, giving, and preparing, with little time or space for ourselves.
You are warmly invited to step away from it all and into a sanctuary of sound, stillness, and deep rest.
Join me for a nurturing and restorative sound bath, an opportunity to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself.
Through the soothing sounds and gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, and Koshi chimes, you'll be invited to settle into deep relaxation, allowing the body to release tension, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to find a greater sense of ease.
