About Tianne
Healing & Self-Discovery Through Yoga
After a serious injury, Tianne turned to yoga for rehabilitation. She discovered that yoga not only offered everything she needed to physically strengthen and heal her body, but also provided the opportunity to cultivate a deeper connection and understanding of herself, finding peace within the trauma.
